Shipping
How soon will my order be delivered?
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. When placing your order, please select the delivery time that best suits you. If you need your processing time rushed please reach out to us at contact@ambersolcollective.com and we will try our best to accommodate your event date.
How do I make changes to my existing order?
Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and we will gladly accommodate any requests that we can. Once orders have been shipped we cannot make changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours. Please email us at contact@ambersolcollective.com to cancel your order.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 5 business days from your delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Your items must be unused and in the same condition, you received them and must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
My items arrived damaged:
We offer full refunds for items that have been damaged during shipping. Please submit a photo of the damage to be eligible. Alternatively, we will gladly ship out a replacement item at no cost to you.
