Amber Sol sets the stage for beautiful, curated picnics, personalized to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a romantic sunset picnic for two, or a celebratory party decked out with furniture, billowing fabric, and an ancient-Roman level of fruit platters and charcuterie, we make it happen--and we make it look good. The Luxe Picnic is dreamy and glamorous, with no detail overlooked.
Fit for parties of 2-10 people, with an option to customize and expand, this full-sized picnic is seated around a Moroccan-style low table with an exquisite tablescape. Surrounded by florals and billowing fabric, graze from artisanal charcuterie boards, sip refreshing drinks, and relax into the beauty of the moment.
What’s Included:
Rugs, floor cushions, decorative pillows, Moroccan style picnic table, A.S.C. tablescape, lush flower arrangements, cheese/charcuterie board, still & sparkling water, sun umbrella, A.S.C. decor, set up & clean up.
Each picnic rental is for 4 hours. Extra time can be selected from Picnic Add Ons.
This package does not include a canopy. Canopy can be selected from Picnic Add Ons.

Add this canopy as a cozy and intimate shade element. It’s a great addition to a plush floor lounge, can be used as a backdrop for your table setting, or a cute little nook for you and your loved one.
Add additional grazing boards to your feast. Choose from Cheese, Cheese & Charcuterie, Crudités with Dip, and Seasonal Fruit platters.
Add some gourmet sandwiches to your spread. After your picnic purchase is made, we will contact you directly with your menu options. All dietary & allergy restrictions will be accounted for.
Add some sweet treats to your feast! Choose from our pressed flower cakes, cookie platter, and assortment of treats.
Rent our retro Bluetooth Speaker for your fun in the sun. Sand and Water resistant.

Make a grand entrance with a glowing and safe battery operated Candle Lantern Walkway. If you’re planning a special moment and need the right setting to make it extra memorable, this candle-lit walkway will make your setup feel even more warm and intimate.
Stay hydrated with something a bit indulgent. Add a styled drink station with your choice of Honey Lavender Lemonade or a Mimosa Juice Bar. Please keep in mind that all Amber Sol Collective services are BYOB, meaning we are not able to supply alcohol, but you bring the booze and we will take care of the rest!

Good things come in small packages. One might even say, Petite packages.
The Petite Picnic serves 2-10 people. This picnic is all about the beautiful essentials. Laid-back and elegant, seating is welcoming with an array of plush floor pillows and cushions. Artisanal charcuterie boards and beverages are served on bohemian picnic trays while lush floral arrangements and thoughtful decorative moments tie the whole experience together.
